Welcome to Jett Winter Advisors Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our LearnWorlds platform, courses, or related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility

• By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is complete once payment is processed.

• Access to course content is granted on an individual basis and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

• We reserve the right to revoke access if we suspect misuse, including unauthorized distribution of course materials.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, course fees are non-refundable once access to content has been granted. If you believe a refund is warranted (e.g., technical issues preventing course access), please contact us at levi@jettwinter.com.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and materials, are the intellectual property of Jett Winter Advisors and are protected by copyright law.

• Learners are granted a non-transferable, limited license to access and use the materials for personal, educational purposes only.

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of course content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Certification

• Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all required course components, including passing the final exam with the stated minimum score (85%).

• Certificates may not be altered, duplicated, or misrepresented.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our courses are designed for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to reduced liability, improved safety, or legal defense success.

• We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of the course material for your specific circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jett Winter Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or platform.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your enrollment.

8. Code of Conduct

• Learners must engage respectfully with course materials, instructors, and other participants.

• Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate use of the platform may result in removal without refund.

9. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
